All parking, including ADA, is first come, first served and fills in the order lots are listed on the map. ADA spaces are limited. Please only park in designated official lots — nearby lots that aren't listed on the map are not affiliated with us.

The main entrance is accessible.

Where are the ADA viewing areas?
ADA viewing is available on Tier 3 of the upper theatre.

Are there specific ADA restrooms?
An accessible restroom is available in the main lobby between the men’s and women’s restrooms.

Is ADA parking available?
ADA parking is generally available along the fence line closest to the front entrance. Please notify the attendant and they will direct you accordingly. Event staff are available to assist as needed.

What does an individual need to do if they need interpreter services?
To request a sign language interpreter, please email us at BoxOffice@AgoraCleveland.com. We kindly ask that you submit your request at least two weeks prior to the event date. This allows us adequate time to secure the services of a qualified interpreter.
