The main entry is accessible.

Where are the ADA viewing areas?

ADA viewing is available on Tier 3 of the upper theatre.

Are there specific ADA restrooms? If so, where are they?

An accessible restroom is available in the main lobby between the men's and women's restrooms.

Is ADA parking available? If so, generally where are they located?

There are ADA spaces in the lots behind and adjacent to the building. Please inform parking attendants upon arrival for assistance to the entrance.

What does an individual need to do if they need interpreter services?

To request a sign language interpreter, please email us at BoxOffice@AgoraCleveland.com. We kindly ask that you submit your request at least two weeks prior to the concert date. This allows us adequate time to secure the services of a qualified interpreter. While we will do our best to accommodate late requests, advance notice is greatly appreciated.
