Is Your Venue All Ages?
-
The venue is all ages, with a few exceptions. Certain events are age restricted due to the nature of that event. If a show is in fact age restricted, this will be noted on The Agora website and on the actual concert ticket.

Where Can I Find Parking?
-
Parking is available off Prospect Avenue, E. 46th Street, and Euclid Avenue.
Proper signage will be indicated at all available lots, and parking attendants will be on duty throughout the duration of the event; all attendants will be wearing staff shirts.
Parking prices vary per event. Accepted credit card payments include any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or Union Pay logo. Apple and Google Pay also accepted.

Do you offer ADA accommodations for those that may need them?

Yes. It is our intent to serve all patrons equally and to offer an accessible and barrier-free event experience. If you or a member of your party require ADA accommodations, we ask that you contact the venue box office reasonably in advance of the event you are attending, so we can make every effort to accommodate specific requests.

Do you allow cameras, or recording devices?

Cameras, video cameras, and other sound recording devices are not permitted in the theatre. When an artist requests a “no-camera” policy, this includes cell phones. Our staff is required to politely enforce this on behalf of the artist. You will be asked to return your device to your car prior to your admittance to the theatre. The venue reserves the right to make determinations in this area.

What is your bag policy?

For security reasons, we do not allow backpacks, draw-string bags, and big purses. Maximum allowable bag size is 12″ W x 12″ H x 6″ D. Small purses and fanny packs are allowed. Upon entering, your bag will be subject to search. This also applies to items such as thermoses, coolers, Lunchmates, etc.

What is not permitted inside the venue?

- Outside food, beverages or alcohol
- Weapons and weaponized props
- LED items, laser pointers/pens, flashlights
- Airhorns, whistles, cowbells, other noise-making devices
- Illegal drugs/drug paraphernalia
- Glow sticks or glow items
- Mace or pepper spray
- Fireworks, smoke bombs, flares, sparklers
- Skateboards, roller blades, roller shoes, ice skates
- Permanent markers, spray paint, stickers, flyers
- Laptops, tablet computers, two-way radios
- Selfie sticks, poles or any device deemed by management to be a weapon or projectile
- Professional cameras, (detachable lens), Go-Pro cameras, or drones
- Any other item deemed inappropriate by venue management or as requested by tours

Do children under a certain age need a ticket?

All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket in order to enter the venue.

Where can I pick up my will call tickets?
-
Will call tickets can be picked up at our ticketing windows near our front entrance. To pick up your tickets you will need a photo I.D. or the card that you purchased the tickets with.

How do I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets through AXS.com, The Agora Box Office (located at the front entrance), or by calling 216-881-2221. For questions about hours, ticket availability, or general questions, please contact us. Our Box Office is open Tuesday - Friday 11am - 6pm

Can you return or exchange tickets?

All sales are final unless the show is cancelled by the artist or venue. Online ticket purchases will automatically be refunded to you. If you purchased tickets at the box office or over the phone, refunds will be given at point of purchase.

Can you scan tickets off my phone?

Customers who select mobile delivery, must download the AXS app. When creating an account, the email used to purchase tickets must match the email used for the app. The app must be open in order to scan your ticket; screenshots will not scan properly.

What does General Admission mean?
-
General Admission means there are no assigned seats.

What does Reserved Seating mean?
-
Reserved Seating means you have an assigned seat for the event. That seat is reserved for you at the time of purchase, and is specific to that individual ticket. Ushers will be available to assist you in locating your seat.

What time do the doors to the venue open? What time does the show start?
-
Door and show time vary per event. Each event listing will have door time stated. The time on your ticket also states the door time. Shows typically start 30 – 60 minutes after doors open. Show times vary per show.

Do you serve food?

We do not serve food. Occasionally, for longer period events, we do have a food truck out front, or we will sell pizza.

Can we go outside and come back in the venue?

No. There is a strictly enforced no re-entry policy. If you need to have a cigarette, we have a designated smoking section outside the venue.

When is the concert over?
-
Show times vary due to a number of reasons. If the show beginning and end times are not posted, please feel free to call the box office for details on a specific event.

Lose an item?
-
All lost and found items at The Agora are turned into our Operations Department. You can call the box office at 216-881-2221 to inquire if your lost item was found.

Cancellations / Rescheduled Performance

Programs, dates, and performance times are subject to change depending on artists’ availability. In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders can get information via our venue website, our ticketing company website (AXS.com), or by sending an email. If a show is cancelled, refunds will automatically be issued at the point of purchase. If a show is rescheduled, eligible buyers will have 30 days to request a refund from the original point of purchase.

Do You Offer Coat Check?

Coat Check availability varies per event, and is typically offered during the colder seasons. $5 per item.

Do you have an ATM?

We don't have an ATM on-site.

Smoking + Vapor Devices
-
All smoking, including vapor devices, is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Smoking is only permitted in designated, outdoor areas.
